Traveling to any city for business can be tough, especially if you don’t really want to have to meet clients in noisy coffee shops to discuss important business deals. This is why the Radisson Blu Sandton’s Business Class Suites come in handy because all guests in these rooms get VIP access to the Business Class Lounge located on the top floor of the hotel that has views for days and space to get work done.
Not only will you have place to get work done, but there is complimentary drinks and light snacks served up there so you don’t go hungry.
There are power points for you to plug into, high-speed internet and printing options available up there too, so you’ll feel like your at your very own office away from home.
2. Guests can Relax & Detox with a view in the Aesthetic Elements Spa
There’s nothing quite like a little R&R in a spa, especially if it’s got views like the views over Sandton from the Sensory Pool and Caldarium at the Aesthetic Elements Spa. Also, if you’re feeling under the weather or simply just looking for a great detox, the Salt Therapy room is amazing for cleansing the body.
They offer a range of facilities, so check them out even if you’re not staying at the hotel.
3. The Pool on the 8th Floor is perfect to cool off after a long day of work
As a kid I used to stay in Johannesburg and I know all too well how hot it can get there in the Summer, so when I discovered the Pool on the 8th Floor, I know that had it have been warmer, I’d have taken a dip. Instead, Carlinn and I ordered a drink and enjoyed the views this 8th floor deck has offer.
4. All the Rooms in the Radisson Blu Sandton have a View
The great thing about the Radisson Blu Sandton is that all it’s rooms and penthouses are located between the 13th and 23rd floors, so all the rooms have an elevated view of the surrounding neighbourhood and distant city skyline.
5. All Hotel Guests get complimentary access to the on-site Planet Fitness gym
Working remotely can be tough on the mind and I’ve always believed that there’s nothing better to gather your thoughts after a tough day at the office, than a good sweat session at the gym. So, the fact that there’s a Planet Fitness gym inside the hotel that all guests get complimentary access to, just proves my belief. Also, if you’ve forgotten your gym clothes at home, Sandton City is a 5 minute walk from the hotel with plenty of sports stores for you to choose from.
